Assistant Professor Dr. Kosin Deepraksaphan and Dr. Nutcharee Tipmonta, Faculty of Liberal Arts, along with Associate Professor Dr. Apichai Pholchai, Faculty of Science, Prince of Songkla University, participated in the international invention and innovation competition titled “Indole-3-carbinol test kit in dietary supplement products” at WorldInvent Singapore 2024 (WoSG), held from July 9–11, 2024, at the Singapore Expo, Singapore. The invention received international recognition, winning the Gold Medal, Silver Medal, and NRCT Honorable Mention Award. This innovation is an innovative method for testing the quality of dietary supplements. It can be applied to teaching health science and food chemistry, as well as supporting entrepreneurs and industries in developing high-quality, safe, and internationally recognized products.
