Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Nakhon Si Thammarat Campus, held the Thung Yai Agricultural Fair 2024, featuring the sale of healthy food for students, staff, and attendees. The healthy menu includes Vietnamese pizza, Riceberry Fried Rice with Egg White, and a healthy Salad. The nutritious meals offered at the fair utilized local ingredients and were produced by students in the Faculty of Agriculture. This initiative aimed to promote good health through the consumption of nutritious food while also supporting the sustainability of local resources. By emphasizing the importance of healthy eating and local sourcing, the fair raised awareness about nutrition and the benefits of community-supported agriculture.
