Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has established a procedure for employees to file complaints regarding their rights or compensation, in accordance with the provisions of the “Royal Decree on Public Administration Management Procedures” of 1996, Part 5, which covers the issuance of administrative orders. This procedure includes the formation of a committee to consider complaints from university employees who have been appointed in accordance with the university’s regulations regarding the Committee for Considering Complaints and Petitions, established in the year 2007 (BE2550)

The existence of such a procedure and committee is important to ensure that employees have a mechanism to address any concerns they may have regarding their rights or compensation. It reflects the university’s commitment to transparency and fairness in its administration and employment practices.
