Sub-activity 2.3 is a hands-on training on food safety, taking place on July 6th-7th, 2022, to provide students and food business operators with knowledge on safe food production, kitchen tool and equipment management, ingredient selection and preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation at Building 10, Food and Nutrition Department, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya.
