Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has a policy to combat modern slavery and child labor. As per the university’s regulations for personnel management and the Royal Decree on Civil Servants in Higher Education Institutions, the university only recruits individuals who are above the age of 18 and legally qualified for employment. This policy aligns with the commitment to ensuring fair and ethical labor practices at the university.
