Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya has a policy to support and promote sports activities within its educational institutions to ensure that everyone maintains a healthy, physically fit, and mentally strong lifestyle. It encourages individuals to participate in sports, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie within the community while also serving as a benchmark for sports development. In line with the guidelines outlined in the “Student Activity Standards” by the Office of Student Development, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, in the year 2020, section 1.6 focuses on providing health and wellness services, including exercise facilities, to promote the overall well-being of students. Consequently, the university has established sports fields and gymnasiums that offer services to both students and staff for sports competitions and various sports-related activities. These facilities also extend their services to the general public for sports competitions, subject to the university’s scheduling, primarily during morning and evening hours, except in cases where external organizations request full-day use. This arrangement not only benefits the public but also generates revenue for the university.
