In alignment with our dedication to the principles of SDG 1.3.2, which focuses on “Bottom financial quintile student success,” Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya is proud to share a significant milestone reached in the year 2022. A total of 939 low-income students, who were recipients of student loan funds, demonstrated remarkable resilience and dedication by successfully completing their academic studies.

This achievement is a testament to our university’s unwavering commitment to providing opportunities for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to access higher education and overcome financial barriers that might impede their academic pursuits. By offering student loans and support to those in the bottom financial quintile, we aim to level the playing field and ensure that all students, regardless of their financial circumstances, have the means to pursue and accomplish their educational aspirations.

The success of these 939 students is not just a personal achievement; it’s a reflection of our university’s overarching mission to foster inclusivity and empower those who face financial challenges to excel academically. Through dedicated support, mentorship, and resources tailored to their needs, these students have not only attained their academic goals but have also contributed to the broader objectives of sustainable development, as outlined in SDG 1.3.2.

This accomplishment is a beacon of hope and progress, signaling that equitable educational opportunities can lead to individual achievement and societal advancement. As we continue to champion the cause of bottom financial quintile student success, we are committed to making a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of those who may face financial obstacles on their educational journey. Our efforts reflect not only the success of these 939 students but also the collective aspiration to build a more inclusive and prosperous future for all, please click on the link below.
