Rajamangala University of Technology Sivijaya promotes the presence of student representatives responsible for safeguarding the interests in the operations and wellbeing of students at two levels: the Universitylevel Student Organization Committee and the Faculty/Collegelevel Student Clubs Committee.

1. Universitylevel Student Organization Committee, which represents the students at the university level, is elected to manage and organize student activities effectively. The university conducts the annual election of this committee through a democratic process involving application, competition, voting by eligible voters, and announcement of the election results. In the 2022 academic year, 29 students successfully passed the election to become the universitylevel Student Organization Committee members. The committee includes Ms. Fareeda Thongtra, who serves as the Student Organization Committee President, Mr. Apidech Hasarangsi, and Wuttipoom Kaewnu, serving as Vice Presidents of the Student Organization Committee. 2. Student Clubs Committee, which represents students at the faculty/college level, elects the President and Committee members to manage students and oversee their rights and wellbeing within the faculty/college. In the 2022 year, the university elected 15 sets of Student Club Committees, each responsible for managing activities as outlined in the student activity plan.

The 12th annual seminar project for the development of the quality assurance network for student activities and the activities of the 9 Rajamangala Universities in fostering Thai culture took place from May 26 to May 30, 2022, at the National Convention Center in Songkhla, Thailand, and at the Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya in Mueang District, Songkhla Province.

Project topic to promote student quality, seminar, student seminar and student conference for the year 2022, 23-24 June 2022 at Lampam Resort Hotel, Mueang District, Phatthalung Province.
