Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, abbreviated as RUTS, is a distinguished institution within the Rajamangala University of Technology (RMUT) group, situated in the southern region of Thailand. RUTS places a strong emphasis on the effective administration of higher education, with a specific focus on the domains of science, technology, and services. Its primary objectives revolve around the cultivation of graduates who possess both the professional competencies required for successful careers and a profound awareness of ethical responsibilities within society and the nation. Furthermore, RUTS has established policies that prioritize the advancement of research, teaching, community service, cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, and the ongoing professional development of its staff to ensure alignment with the demands of a globalized world and the realization of the university’s visionary goals.
RUTS provides education at both the advanced vocational and graduate levels and is structured into four campuses as shown in Figure 1 and offers education at the high vocational and graduate levels, and it is composed of 7 areas (Figure 2).

Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS) boasts a diverse and extensive academic structure, comprising a total of 12 faculties and 2 colleges. These faculties and colleges serve as the foundational units within the university, each specializing in distinct academic areas and fields of study. Total number of employees of RUTS is 1431.

In terms of the institution’s academic workforce, RUTS is supported by a dedicated team of 760 academic staff members. These educators and professionals play a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape of the university, providing guidance, instruction, and expertise to students across various disciplines.
