Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS) has announced a clear procedure for employees who wish to appeal decisions affecting their rights or compensation, as part of its commitment to fairness, transparency, and good governance in the workplace.
Under the process, any university employee who believes a decision on pay, benefits, or other employment rights is incorrect or unfair may submit a written appeal to the Human Resources Division within 30 days of receiving notice of the decision. The appeal should state the issue, the reasons for disagreement, and any supporting documents.
Once received, the appeal will be reviewed by a designated committee, which may invite the employee to provide additional information. The committee will then make a recommendation to the university’s executive management or the University Council for a final decision. Employees will be notified of the outcome in writing within 30–60 days.
University officials stressed that no employee will face retaliation for filing an appeal in good faith, and all cases will be handled confidentially.
Employees can find the appeal form and further guidance at the Human Resources Division or on the university’s official website. Questions may be directed to the HR office at https://personnel.rmutsv.ac.th/
