Key activities focused on monitoring project implementation, providing strategic guidance, strengthening coordination among relevant university units, and supporting the development of an integrated business acceleration framework. The key outcome was progress toward establishing a systematic, platform-based approach to innovation entrepreneurship development, providing a foundation for future technology commercialization, business incubation, and sustainable university–industry collaboration. The activity involved three principal university leadership and administrative groups and supported one institutional business acceleration platform (RUTS-BAP), with anticipated long-term benefits for innovation management and entrepreneurial capacity development.
